As a technical operator and consultant, I developed an end-to-end framework to stabilize clinical operations. Instead of offering generic marketing services, I designed a comprehensive transformation system: from restructuring offers and pricing through strategic documentation (ICPs, Grand Slam Offers), to the complete technical implementation of the operational stack.
Strategic Architecture: Foundational 'evergreen' documentation development. Analytical design and validation of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), structuring 'Grand Slam Offers', Customer Journey Mapping, and Premium-focused brand positioning guidelines.
Patient Acquisition Infrastructure: Creation of data-driven capture ecosystems. Scaling Meta Ads campaigns, systematically testing multiple AI-driven creative variations to consistently lower the cost per acquisition.
24/7 Automation Engineering (ManyChat + AgendaPro): Deep technical configuration of conversational flows. Algorithmic WhatsApp qualification, abandoned lead follow-ups, absence-reduction reminders, and inactive client reactivation systems.
Retention and Lifetime Value (LTV) Ecosystem: Post-treatment process redesign. Creation of automated sequences that incentivize continuity packages, structured upsells, and cross-selling mechanics.
Proprietary B2B Infrastructure (WA Dashboard): To automate my own acquisition and target high-level clinical operators, I engineered a full CRM from the ground up (React + Python). The system pulls raw clinic data via continuous scraping of industry sources, scores leads, and maintains the pipeline via advanced WhatsApp API integrations, replacing the need for external SaaS dependencies.
