For 10 years, I led the acquisition strategy for MClinique Academy, scaling aesthetics training programs to over 13,000 students. I was the sole owner of the full funnel: from creative production to automated closing. The organic community grew to 27K Facebook likes, with individual posts surpassing 700 reactions.
Meta Ads with full audience architecture: custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, and exclusions. Social proof hooks in captions ("Our best-selling course") combined with real organic content (academy photos, students, procedures). Optimization focused on clean CPC from $0.70 and high conversion rates.
